  • Dedicated bookkeeper who develops detailed monthly profit & loss statements. You’ll receive a full accounting of all expenses with receipts; income is direct-deposited to your designated account; transient occupancy tax is transmitted quarterly to San Bernardino County

  • SEO-optimized copywriting and regular updates to listings on all major rental platforms to maximize algorithm relevance*

  • Coordination of professional photography and maintenance of content archive*

  • Applications submitted to location scout agency websites to leverage revenue opportunities outside short-term rentals (professional photo shoots, video shoots, brand campaign productions**)

  • Leverage social and traditional media opportunities to pitch and promote your property as a Joshua Tree home stay destination

*All intellectual property, including property profiles on third-party platforms, photos, videos, etc., are owned in full by property owners, but may be used by Copper Moon Management for marketing purposes.

**We negotiate contracts and ensure all necessary permits and liability insurance is secured in advance.
